Despite the limited presence of heavy industry and the recent explosion of newcomers, Spring Hill remains a fairly bucolic setting with a small town feel to it. Homes here are mostly of the newer variety having been built within the past decade. An average single-family home will rent for roughly $1,250/mo, though higher-end housing can go for $2,500/mo or more. At the extreme end of the scale, the Spring Hill rental property market offers magnificent estates that do sell for more than $3,000,000. In the main, though, rental housing in this lovely little town is affordable despite its rapid growth rate.
