I just wanted to pass along so very obvious advice to those who may be on the fence about a refinance or a new purchase in Nashville. If you have a primary residence loan that exceeds 6.0%, call you local lenders and banks to refi that loan in the extremely low 5.0% range. If you have a second residence financed over 6.25%, do the same thing and expect to receive a 5.5% rate. If you have an investment property financed over 6.5%, you should expect to refinance around 5.75%.
These rates are an estimation based upon no points paid on the front or the back end as well as no origination fee. Banks especially want your business now so contact the three strongest in your area and negotiate!
