Endeavor features (6) studio condos starting at $225,000, (18) 1 bedroom condos starting at $265,900 and (7) 3 bedroom townhomes with roof top decks starting at $509,900. All units are available to non-owner occupant Airbnb investors as the development is zoned MUL-A – these are sometimes called “Type 3” short term rental permits.
Onsite development began in December 2017 and will conclude in April 2019. The developer is building all units at one time and is not phasing the development.
We have an Airbnb proforma and cash flow analysis provided by an independent Airbnb management company available upon request.
