This project was developed & built by Avenue Construction and designed by Smith Gee Studio. Located 1 block from the oneC1TY redevelopment that features Pastaria, Avo, Sump Coffee and the Microsoft regional headquarters, your Airbnb guests have lots to do within walking distance. All units are available to non-owner occupant short term rental investors as the development is zoned RM20 – these are sometimes called “Type 3” Airbnb permits.

Onsite work began in April 2017 and will conclude in May 2019 when we deliver the final phase of townhomes. Elevate features both 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath floor plans as well as 4 bedroom, 4 bath floor plans. All units feature roof top terraces with incredible Midtown and West End views. These townhomes have been specifically engineered for the lowest operating and maintenance costs adding to your profitability.

We have a short term rental proforma and cash flow analysis provided by an independent Nashville short term rental management company available upon request. Elevate at City Heights does allow you to choose your own management company, including self-management. The HOA fee for these townhomes are $150/month.
