Vibe East Nashville Airbnbs For Sale

Vibe East Nashville Phase I Airbnb investment property

Vibe East Nashville is a 38 home Airbnb development located on 1050 East Trinity Lane in Nashville developed & built by HV Urban and designed by Root Architecture. The developer has designated the first 3 buildings as our Airbnb investment properties as we have commercial zoning on this project. This zoning allows for non-owner occupied short term rental permits – sometimes called “Type 3” STRPs.

Onsite development has been in full swing since August 2017. The first 4 phases are completely sold out and we have recently released Phase 5 which delivers in September/October 2019. These 8 homes have 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 car garages and 1,927 square feet. Prices start at $509,900 for interior homes and $519,900 for corner homes. We will raise the price $8,000 across the board after we sell 2 additional homes, so do not hesitate to contract.

We have an Airbnb proforma and cash flow analysis provided by an independent Airbnb management company available upon request. This development does allow you to use whomever you prefer to manage your Airbnb rental, including self-management. The HOA fees are $95/month.
