Franklin Builder Has Inventory Reduction Sale

Attached below is an Internet add being run by Deer Creek Construction of Franklin, TN. It is an inventory reduction sale much like the relatively unsuccessful inventory sale Tennessee Valley Homes tried a week ago. I say that the sale was unsuccessful, but Tennessee Valley did manage to sell several of the 22 homes. The prices were greatly reduced, but not close enough to foreclosure prices to interest most of my clients. I look for the Deer Creek sale to have similar results and for most of the homes to remain unsold unless they plan on selling for less than builder cost:
